The Carteret County Board of Education has approved the use of an online electronic auction for disposing of surplus property. Surplus school system property will posted for auction on the website GovDeals.com as the items are declared surplus.
Anyone interested in bidding on surplus items must register with GovDeals.com so that they will be able to bid whenever our items are placed on the online auction. While GovDeals will conduct the online auction, winning bidders will make payment directly to the school system and items must be picked up by the winning bidder within the time specified in the auction Terms & Conditions.
