Welcome to White Oak Elementary School’s PTO Website! White Oak Elementary School is a K-5 school located in the western most end of Carteret County North Carolina. Our student population is approximately 650 and our staff and faculty number 83. The White Oak PTO is an active and involved PTO that has, in 2007-08, generated and donated over $40,000.00 to White Oak Elementary School! Our focus is on generating funds via family and community focused events such as our FALL FESTIVAL and SPRING FLING!
