Enter your name.
Enter your room number.
Description of the problem. Be specific.
Enter your computer's asset number (if you can't find the asset number, enter the serial number).
Enter your IP number (usually hand written on the computer).
Please understand that if it is a Groupwise issue and your Groupwise password is not
your regular Novell password, the tech will reset it back to the Novell password
in order to complete your request.
Some requests will be handled remotely (from outside the school). The
tech will send you a message via Novell messaging a few minutes before logging
into your computer. Please make sure you do not leave any files unsaved or
they could be lost.
