Atlantic Elementary School (grades PreK-8) - Attended by students living in Down East communities between Cedar Island and Stacy.

Beaufort Elementary School (grades PreK-5) -Attended by students living between Newport River, North River and the Craven County line, and those living in the communities of North River, Merrimon and South River.

Beaufort Middle School (grades 6-8) - Attended by students living in the same area described for Beaufort Elementary School.
