and Accountability

Welcome to Carteret County Public Schools testing web. We have provided some
key information to help you understand and cope with North Carolina's testing
programs. This site should be especially helpful to school test
coordinators, but other school employees and the general public are also
welcome.
Three staff members are responsible for testing
and accountability at the district level:

Dr. Ralph Lewis is
Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources and Accountability. He
directs and monitors the implementation of the district's
accountability and testing program.

David
Millush is the Testing and Accountability Coordinator. He
conducts training for the schools' test coordinators; manages
the acquisition, distribution, and security of all testing
materials within the district; oversees and audits the
district-wide accountability programs, drop-out reporting, and test results.

Diane
Lobaugh is
the district's Testing and Accountability Assistant. She provides
essential scanning, scoring, and reporting
services for the district and manages the test material inventories.
