Media Coordinator
Mrs. Charlotte Bourdeau

   Mrs. Bourdeau has been a media coordinator for over ten years.  Prior to that, she was a classroom teacher.  She taught first grade for one year and fourth grade for four years.  Mrs. Bourdeau is a graduate from East Carolina University.  She holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Master's degree in Library Studies and Information Technology.  During the 2001 - 2002 school year Mrs. Bourdeau completed the process to become a National Board Certified Teacher.  She was awarded the honor in the fall of the 2002 school year.

   Mrs. Bourdeau lives in Carteret County with her husband.  They have no children but three wonderful Cocker Spaniels.  Abby who is 12 years old, Ernie who is 6, and Sally who is 4.

These are pictures of Abby, Ernie, and Sally.  Abby is pictured by herself.  She doesn't like to have her picture taken, as you can see in the photo on the right.  Ernie and Sally are together on the sofa.  Sally is the one sitting on the back of the sofa.
