Biography

     Mrs. Corbett is a graduate of East Carolina University.  Mrs. Corbett graduated in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics.  She then graduated in 1989 with her Masters Degree in Mathematics.  Mrs. Corbett is a National Board Certified teacher.  Mrs. Corbett has taught at ECU, Pitt Community College, Mullins High School, Carteret Community College, Morehead Middle School, and is now at Newport Middle School.  Mrs. Corbett is married to Glenn Corbett and they have 2 children, Carl and Joe.  Born and raised in Newport, Mrs. Corbett feels she is home and plans to stay at NMS.
