to order your 2007-2008

MCMS yearbook!

 

Orders for this year’s yearbook will be taken November 15, 2007 – December 7, 2007.  This will be your ONLY opportunity to order a yearbook this year.  For $25 you will receive a hard-cover, full color yearbook sometime in May.

 

Only Pre-Pay orders will be placed.

No extra books will be ordered.

 

Remember, this is the ONLY chance you will have to order a yearbook this year.

To order your yearbook, follow these directions:

  1. Complete every blank of the coupon below.
  2. Put the coupon with $25 or a check for $25 payable to MCMS into an envelope or a zip-loc bag.
  3. Take the envelope with your order to your homeroom teacher between November 15 – December 7, 2007.
  4. When you receive your receipt, keep it in a safe place, as a proof of purchase, until you receive your yearbook in May.

 

If you do not order your yearbook now, you will not be able to get one in May!
