Minuteman Information

-- Summer Read 2009 --
Can you imagine being third in your class, trying out for the soccer team as a junior, being the responsible one of the household when life throws a major curve ball? Jack, our protagonist soon finds out that his daily heart medication is actually a suppressant to keep him from sending off vibes of his true power. Read the Warrior Heir and discover along with Jack his secretive family heritage, life-threatening adventures, and ultimatums he can't accept. The Warrior Heir by Cinda Williams Chima is our summer read for 2009. It will go on sale during lunch on Tuesday, May 26th for $5.00. This is a $3.99 savings. We only ordered 200 copies; first come first serve. Local book stores will have them available for regular price which is $8.99.

The MCMS 8th Grade Band saw a performance of the Broadway hit WICKED in Norfolk, VA on their recent Spring Trip. Mr. Fye and Mrs. Voss want to thank all the students and chaperones for a wonderful trip!
