Title 1 Reading Description

Title 1 Reading provides supplemental reading instruction for students in grades 2 and 3.

Our goal is to increase students' reading abilities by providing instruction in:

-comprehension

-vocabulary development

-phonics/decoding skills

-fluency

-sight word development

-writing skills

-higher order thinking skills

_EOG test-taking skills

We do this through a variety of literature experiences in hopes of building student confidence and academic achievement while instilling a lifelong love of reading!
