  Along with the on-line application please forward the following to the Administrative Assistant, Human Resources, Carteret County Schools, 107 Safrit Drive, Beaufort, NC  28516

                                  FOR ALL POSITIONS:  Complete the attached authorization for a Background check form  

                                                                             Authorization for Background check 

                                  For Certified Positions   -  (1) a copy of your transcripts;      

                                                                          (2) a copy of your Praxis;

                                                                          (3) if you are out of state a copy of your teaching license and your Highly Qualified Status.

                                   For  Teacher Assistant Classified Positions

                                                                         (1) a copy of your transcripts; 

                                                                         NOTE:   Teacher Assistants must have an Associates Degree or 48 semester hours

                                                                                               college credits

                                                                         Teacher Assistants  must be willing and able to drive a school bus.

                                  For All Other Classified Positions - office, maintenance, transportation, custodians, food service

                                                                         (1) Verification of high school (GED) diploma
