Important Senior Info

Believe it or not- it’s time to start thinking about GRADUATION.  Please read over the following info and see Mrs. Schooley or Mrs. Kappel with questions!!

 1) Dates/Times

            Baccalaureate- Sunday June 6^th at 6:00 PM in the Auditorium-practice will be during R & E on June 1^st

            Graduation- Thursday June 10^th at 6:30 PM in the Gym-practice will be June 10^th 9:00 am- all

             dues/fees must be paid before you are allowed to enter the gym for practice

2) Ticket Info

             Each person (including small children) sitting in the gym needs a ticket. Only people with tickets will

             be able to enter the gym. People without tickets are welcome to sit in the auditorium and watch

             graduation on a big screen. Each senior will receive 9 tickets. If you need more tickets ask other

             seniors for tickets they do not need.

3) Caps & Gowns

              Caps & gowns are $35.00. You will be able to keep your cap and gown. You will pay your

              homeroom teacher for your cap & gown. We will start taking money April 23^rd. Caps

              and gowns will be handed out (to those who have paid) the week of May 10^th.

4) Graduation Speeches/Songs

Speeches and lyrics of songs are due to Mrs. Schooley/Mrs. Kappel by May 14^th.  Those

who are chosen to either speak or sing at Graduation will be notified by May 2^1st.

5) Nominations for Baccalaureate Speakers

Due to Mrs. Schooley/Mrs. Kappel by May 14^th. We usually try to pick someone most of the

Seniors know and who has made an impact on your class 

6) Announcements will be here , April 22^nd.  Must pay in full to receive what you bought.

7) Handicapped seating

 Must be reserved in advance. See Mrs. Kappel for the necessary form! The form is due by May 28^th.

8) Other important info

Doors to the gym will be closed once the Seniors enter- NO ONE will be allowed inside of the gym after that time.

Please ask parents/families/guardians/friends/etc. to not give you flowers or balloons after you have

             received your diploma. When they get up and walk over to you, they block the view for others. ALL

             of you and your families deserve the best Graduation you can have.
