Senior Citizen Card Program

Did you know??
Any Carteret County resident over the age of 60 is eligible to receive a Senior Citizen card that will allow them to get into many school-sponsored athletic events FREE of charge.

What else do I need to know??
The card is valid for the current school year only.
It can only be used at school- sponsored athletic events.
The card cannot be used at tournaments, playoffs, or games between Carteret County High Schools.
When you request a card, your name will be entered into a database and you will automatically receive a card for the following 3 years. After the 4th year you must contact us if you wish to continue receiving a senior card.
The Senior Card program must be approved by the high school principals and Board of Education each year, therefore it may end without notice.

How do I get one??
Simply contact the school system's Communications Office and provide:

your name (and spouse's name if they also need a card)
