SUMMER ACADEMY 2008

Carteret County Public Schools offers a Summer Academy  for students in grades 3, 5, and 8 scoring Level I and II on the End-of-Grade test. The purpose of the Summer Academy is to support these students that are at risk for failure.  The focus will be on reading and/or math.

                                                     
The 2008 Summer Academy will take place at Morehead Elementary and Beaufort Elementary.  Summer Academy will focus on reading and math.  

Summer Academy will begin on Monday, June 16, 2008 and end Friday, July 11, 2008.  Students will begin class at 8:00 a.m. and end at 2:00 p.m.

Breakfast and lunch will be available for the students.  Bus transportation will also be provided for the students attending the Summer Academy.
