Croatan High School Grading System

"A" - 93-100

"B" - 85-92                                                      

"C" - 77-84

"D" - 70-76

"F" - 69 and below

For Mr. Yount's classes:

Tests and projects = 60% of the grade

Class-work = 40% of the grade

There will be approximately five test and one project every six weeks. Tests will be scheduled and announced at least two days in advance.

Other assignments are designated class-work and include quizzes, writing assignments, maps, puzzles, and other activities in class or assigned as homework. These assignments should be kept in the student's notebook until submitted on the due date. Keep all returned and graded assignments in your notebook until the end of the grading period. Progress  reports will be provided every three weeks for each grading period.
