Final six-weeks: Non-Fiction Unit
During this six-week period we will focus on the non-fiction genre.
Crash: (Grammar) During this period we will focus on verb agreement, pronoun agreement and modifiers.
Book of the Month: We will study the novella Night by Elie Wiesel. Every Monday we will have a reading section due. There will be a quiz on the reading and a class discussion. Once the novella is completed we will have a seminar before we take the test.
We will also study another novel because Night is a shorter work. The second novel is TBD.
