Croatan High Future Teachers of America

                 Croatan High School's Chapter of  The Future Teachers of America consists of students for each age group that have a desire to learn more about the teaching profession and the community at large. These students are active in several different activities through out the school year. These activities are service based and involve individuals of all age groups. Some of our activities include:

                                         * Peer Tutoring

                      *Assisted Bogue Elementary with Fall Festival

                                           * Project Hospice

        * Tour of University of North Carolina at Wilmington's Campus

                     Of the fifteen members, five of our seniors are

            planning to pursue a career in the teaching profession.
