Minor
Grades: 40% - general class work,
journal checks, seminar
discussions, and class participation.
Note; Quizzes will count twice.
Major Grades: 60%
- compositions, test, projects/products, presentations, and homework
average.
Final
Course Grade= 25% exam grade + 75% Average of three six weeks’
grades.
NOTE:
All freshmen English I students are required to take the English I
End-of-Course Test mandated by the State Department of Public Instruction.
No freshman student is allowed to exempt this test which also counts as
the final exam for the course.
