An emphasis will be placed on developing innovative teaching techniques and cross curricular instruction.

a)      Make use of early release days to provide time to investigate innovative cross curricular instruction

b)      Provide time for faculty to share “best practices”

c)      Encourage the attendance of Summer Workshops

d)      Seek funds for the provision of substitutes to allow teacher to observe innovative teaching techniques.
