Kindergarten has been working on their "ART BOOKS." Every day they have come to class and learned a new art element. |

 On day one we made a cover for our books. |
 On day two we learned about lines. Students learned to identify lines of everyday objects. |
 On day three we read the book The Missing Piece. Students learned how to identify and draw basic shapes. |
 On day four we reviewed shapes and students learned how to use scissors to cut out shapes and use glue. |
 On day five we used all we had learned so far to make a collage. |
 On day six we read Mouse Paint. Students learned how to mix colors. |
 On day seven we learned about Pattern and Textures. |
 On day eight we used shapes, patterns, and textures to make a picture. |
 On day nine we read How are You Peeling? Students learned about facial expressions. |
 On day ten students looked at portraits and learned how to look at their face to draw a self-portrait. |
