In this two part lesson, students will have the opportunity to get hands-on with some of the smaller local flora and fauna of South Florida while learning about five different Phyla of marine invertebrates. In addition, students will have the opportunity to participate in a squid dissection. We do not believe in waste, so be prepared for a calamari snack before leaving the facility! This evening focuses on conservation efforts and is meant to inspire the students to become responsible stewards for our oceans. - (25 ppl)
