q       Photo copy of your Passport -  Due May 1st.
(Click on Passport to view and print the passport application. This is a .pdf file, you will need Acrobat Reader)  The cashiers office at the County Court house accepts passport applications Tuesday-Friday, from 9am-12pm and then 1pm-4pm.  Cost for 15 and under is $70. 

q       Photo copy of your health insurance card

q       Copy of the Student Budget you and your parents created for your trip (Excel document)

q      Complete and hand in Personality Profile (Word document)

q      Packing Helper  (Word document)
