The mission of Career and
Technical education is to help empower students for effective
participation in an international economy as world-class workers and
citizens.

available to students without
regard to race, sex, national origin, or
handicap. |

Health Sciences senior interns began their clinical rotation
through the Allied
Health Science Departments at Carteret Community College on
January 24, 2008. After spending 6 weeks at CCC, they will
work with a mentor in a specialized
area at Carteret General Hospital for the next 12 weeks.
Upon graduation, these students will be eligible for
scholarships to complete an Associates Degree in
a health science such as nursing, respiratory therapy, or
radiography. Students interested in this program should
see their high school counselor to sign up
by the beginning of their junior year.
