"Students must receive a
booster dose of Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis) vaccine before
entering the 6th grade! Remember to schedule an appointment
for your child to receive this immunization. while the Tdap
vaccine is free, your health care provider may charge an
administration fee to give the vaccine."
