Extra Credit

Periodically, an EXTRA CREDIT problem will be offered to my students on this web site.  However, family members can also join the fun of finding a solution.... Please be aware that a maximum of two tries is permitted per extra credit problem.  Also remember to check out the extra credit bulletin board in the classroom.

Guidelines:  As always: No Work, No Credit.  Answers only are unacceptable.  I must be able to follow your reasoning.  Therefore, you may have to add a few sentences of written explanation from time to time depending on the problem.  Extra points will be added to homework grades for the first student to answer the question correctly.  Hard-copy of the solution should be placed in the class homework folder.
