to Atlantic Elementary Media Center! We have
an large collection of books, multimedia, and videos! Students can come in as a whole
class or in small groups with teacher's permission.
Students also have access to Destiny Library, which is our
card catalogue, from both school and home! |

Rules
The
rules for the Media Center are:
1.
Please come into the library quietly.
2.
Follow directions.
3.
Walk.
4.
Be respectful of others and their belongings.
5.
Keep hands and feet to yourself. |

Hours
The
library is open school days 7:30 am to 3:15 pm.
|

Check Out Policy
Students
are allowed to check out books for a period of 2
weeks. After 2 weeks they become overdue.
There is no fine for overdue books; however, students are
not allowed to check out any other books until the overdue
book has been returned.
Pre-K
thru 2nd Grade are allowed to check out one
book at a time.
3rd
Grade thru 8th Grade are allowed to check out
two books. |

Lost, Damaged,
or Overdue Books
Lost
and Damaged Books
Students
will be charged for the replacement cost of a lost or
damaged book.
Overdue
Books
Overdue
notices will be sent home once a month with students as a
reminder to return or renew materials that have been
checked out for over 2 weeks.
