CJ Feeding the Dolphin

The Aquarium has a dolphin show about every 35 minutes. When you go to the dolphin show, an aquarium trainer chosed a person from the crowd to help feed the dolphins. That lucky person has the opportunity get to rub the dolphin's head and their belly. The dolphins provide an impressive display of water aerobatics.

Beluga Whale

There are also Beluga whales at the aquarium which have thick skin and a three-inch layer of blubber because of their natural habitat in the ice waters. One of their few natural enemies is the polar bear. Swimming at a top speed of 15 mph they communicate with sounds such as: clucks, clicks, chirps, gurgles, groans, snorts, mews, and moos..
Some of the Aquarium cephalopods include octopus, squids, and cuttlefish. Displays include mollusks, invertebrates with a soft body and a hard shell. The touch tank holds clam, oysters, and snails to examine first hand.
In the rainforest, you will find an unexpected display of the Latrodectus mactans, also known as a Black Widow. Her venom is 15 times more potent than the venom of a rattlesnake, but she can not inject as much as the rattlesnake.
